Without a doubt this program has helped improve my sleep. I finished the 7 days last week and i've kept up with following the advice and adopting the changes that were necessary for me, actually there were quite a few things I needed to do.
The program came at the right time for me as my sleep issues were starting to effect my relationship, friends (as i've always been cancelling on them) and my job as i've been pretty useless some days.
I'm now getting around 7 hours of full sleep each night and that's from around 3 or 4 i've usually been getting so i'm not turning back.
